In recognition of Black History Month, this document prepared by the U. S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, details statistics on the number of African Americans in the labor force, educational attainment of African Americans from March 1970 - March 2008, earnings based on high school and college completion, and most interestingly, time use of employed Blacks and all employed persons.
