With a 20-episode order, "MTV Hired" will provide work for five exec producers: Jessica Chesler, Sam Simmons, Noah Scheinmann, Matt Westmore, Marshall Eisen and Dave Sirulnick. The real-life job seekers featured on the show will range from the overqualified to underqualified, in a variety of professions.
